Selection of dishes from yesterdays kitchen studio, Focaccia, Ciabata rolls, Shortbreads, Crème Brulee and Cheesecake. Our Year 2 Diploma students are gaining very good practical skills, now the next task is to develop a concept for the restaurant weeks in July and then prototype recipes for this. looking forward to it......
